Custom Forms allow us to reproduce your organization's existing forms and allow you to modify them at any time.
     
  Notification Rules
Notification Rules allow you to notify staff about upcoming Deadlines, excessive Actual Costs, excessive Hours, or Workflow. Notification Rules work automatically in the background while JobOrder is running.
     
  Resource Rates
Resource Rates allow you to define billing or cost rates by any reasonable combination of Resource, Program, Job, Client, or Work Center. When Time slips are entered, the appropriate billing and costs rates will be computed automatically.
     
  Security Access
JobOrder's comprehensive Security Access system allows you to control access to every Area in JobOrder for adding, reading, modifying, or deleting records. Security Access also includes specialized access control for reports and other functions.
     
  Work Centers
Work Centers are the link to JobOrder's internal accounting system and to external accounting systems such as Dynamics. Users don't need to see the behind-the-scenes' G/L Account Codes and can just concentrate on their jobs.
     
  Bookmarks
Bookmarks simplify finding commonly used records just like Bookmarks in Internet Browsers. You can create folders, drag records into folders, and double-click to access any commonly used record in JobOrder immediately.
